New wine on the list - Big Claw. That's the name of a new wine specifically designed to pair with Maine's favorite red crustacean. In this case the wine is white -- actually a blend of several white grapes. But the logo is red. A portion of sales of Big Claw will go toward research and development at the Lobster Institute.
